I would assume there may be some 3rd party Ghost Image program out there but I have never used it and is more than likely not a supported procedure if you have any trouble. With Service Pack and patch updates it wouldn't be current anyway. And my guess is the fingerprint that is generated during deployment could give you a fit too.
