Good Afternoon

Question regarding CDR information for CDNs configured on a CS1000e Rls 6.

We have a number of internal numbers that have been set-up as CDN to route calls to our Contact Centre 6. These numbers are to be phased out over time an will be replaced with a smaller pool of general numbers.

As such the Departments concerned require a breakdown per CDN of the amount of calls received on a daily basis.

If I run a report via our 3rd party call logger we are getting a small percentage of the actual calls being received - around 5%.

We are getting reports for general TNs, etc so I know that the trunks, etc are set-up correctly. Is there a setting within teh CDN build that deals with CDR or should I be looking elsewhere.

I have provided a copy of one of our CDN builds;

What has the CDN acquired? Are you using Symposium? CDN reports in Historical reporting will tell you what you need to know.

yes the CDNs have been acquired into Symposium which is support by another team in our company. i would rather get the stats through our call logger if possible? the team that supports symposium dont rate the reporting side but will pursue with them if will provide the ingormation required
