CS1000E ... Call Server patching using EM

Hi,
As per NTP, Call Server PEPs can be loaded using EM and this is done in System>Software>Call Serevr. But for some reason I dont see Call Server option under Software, there are File Upload, IP Phone Firmware.. etc but not Call Server.

This is CS 1000E, Rls 5.5 PBX.

Any help???

You must be logged in with a level 2 password to see this option.

I have already tried to log in using ADMIN2 password but did not see the Call Server option.

Does ADMIN2 have PDT2 access?

I think it has, but how can I verify?

Under ADMIN2 you will see PDT and the response will be one of No/PDT1/PDT2

Thnaks KiwiOz07, I will try it tomorrow and will let you know.
I just checked NTP and by default PDT is set to NO. So, I guess, your post will certainly solve the problem.

Once you have changed it to PDT2 you will need to EDD the PABX then log out and back in again.
