CS1000E Backup problem

Hello,

I have some problems during xbk command backup in LD 143 on CS1000E PBX. After this command I receive "TTY must be connected directly to the call server CPU!" is there any other way to do remote backup in this kind of PBX?

Yes there is with FTP it's in the manuals.

XBK is for the Option 11 only.

hmmm... I have just done xbk on CS1000 option (other one) without any problems...

1000e is considered a large system and no matter how much it resembles your 11c or cs1000 the small system commands will not work.

is this "/CP" mean something?

I apologize Marcin, I just verified the XBK on a 5.5 system.


Its strange I have in my notes that on the 1000e CPPIV, HA CPPM and SA CPPM the small system commands did not work. I guess this changed in 5.5.
