is there anything special required for 1150e sets to record on verint with regards to DMS (dual or duplicate media stream)?
any special programming on set such as cls? cs1000e v7.5 and verint u10; aacc 6.2

You need AST licenses.

CLS is RECA

You can monitor two lines on the 1150 so the AST setting would be AST 00 01.
IAPG group needs to be set to 1.

There is also a setting on the ACD that is needed but I forget what it is.

i have all of this done already and test sets ready for when equipment gets in next week; they wanted to test before then, but i didnt know what to set up to test prior to vendor equipment installation? how does the ip of the set communicate to the equipment? can you send somewhere else like a pc to see if you get the dms? so does it have to be a separate queue just for dms set up?
