Cs1000e 7.5 Element Manger Phone Retrieve

I am having issues with the retrieve feature to get new and updated information on the phones in my system. When I try to retrieve and reconcile all, the frame of internet explorer times out, with an apache error. I have over 1000 phones on the system. Is there an option to extend the timeout period to retrieve all the phones?
