I have a customer with a PRI that has started dropping audio one-way on incoming calls. After about a minute, my cuatomer hears a pop and then it goes quiet...the remote end can hear them but they can't hear the remote end. Does this sound like a TMDI issue. Where is the best place to start troubleshooting this in the system?
