Hi all
I have a CS1000E 5.5 & Microsoft Exchange 2007 integration which is all working fine, however we have discovered a slight issue when using the Microsoft Auto Attendant.
Before i go any further, this all works fine when called from an internal extension.
My setup:
ETSI DID call > IDC to DSC 7200 to SIP Trunk RLI > NRS route call to MS Exchange - Static SIP endpoint > MS Auto Attendant > Options - Press 1 for extn 2000 > Extn 2000 is on Call Forward All Calls to 7000 (Subscriber Access DN) > Call routed back to MS Exchange Voicemail DN
At this point i hear the Microsoft lady say "Please leave a message for xxx xxxx, after the tone hang up or press the # key for more options"
Now if i attempt to leave a message or press # i get no response, i hear the messge "are you still there ?" from the Microsoft lady. I hear this after only 3 seconds or so.
Its as if the MS box has no media path established to allow speech or DTMF via # key.
I see the following error message on the Sig Server CLI, at roughly the same time:
oam> 27/04/2009 14:37:43 LOG0003 SIPNPM: sipNpmCallLegMsgReceivedEv: RvSipTransactionGetTransmitter failed -4
If i call extn 2000 externally via DID, i get forwarded to MS voicemail and i CAN leave a message or if i press # i get a response with more options.
I have ran D-Channel / SIP traces and it seems the call picks up 3 Virtual Trunks as the call is transfered back and forth from the CS to MS.
I have since enabled TAT on the DCH and TRO = YES on the Route. With this the call only uses 2 Virtual channels but when i press option 1 it repeats the options once more and then second time forwards me to voicemail but answers with incorrect greeting "Welcome to Microsoft Exchange" instead of "please leave a message for xxx xxx".
Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas?
