CS1000E 4.5 - Call Forwarding

I call forward my calls to my cell phone.

When a caller calls me, they would only hear one ring then dead air until I pickup my cell phone.

My cell phone would ring as normal. The caller wouldn't get the ringing tone feedback.

Is there anything I can do to provide the original caller with a ringing tone. ?
 
Sounds like you are doing a monitored trsfr instead of blind

Users just press the forward button on their telephones.

How would I check to see if it is blind vs monitored, how would I change if it is monitored?
