Hello, we have our CS1000M 5.50j and one SS based in ISP1100 hardware with the same release. Our system is working with others ones joined by SIP trunks.
Now we have the oportunity to try external SIP trunk by local provider here in Argentina. Really I have not idea how to fill uri map and Where do I have to put softswitch provider IP address in NRS Web page?, maybe in gateway endpoints?, in Collaborative Servers? that is my problem becasuse the Provider's SIP domain is different than our domain.

Thanks for your help

There are some SIP trunking configuration guides on the support web site.

-> Technical Documentation. Highlight "COMMISSIONING" in the box and then "APPLY FILTERS>>".

You will typically need a separate SS because patches are needed to turn off functionality compared to what is used with a SIP trunk for internal use.

We have as a Provider the possibility to connect a PBX to the public network via SIP Trunks. Nortel have issued a separate configurationguide just for the connection to our SIP solution. So, I guess this would be issued in your case aswell, if the SIP connecstion to your provider is tested and verified.
