I have installed a new I2002 on the BCM400 SRG and redirected the set to the CS1000. However the status in the SRG for this set is something like "set ID not recognized by main system".
Did you build the set on the CS1000 (main site) also? I think an SRG works like a branch where you have to build the phone at both sites.
If that is not it then I probably need more info - can you post any further helpful info?
Yes, I have built the set on the CS1000, and on the SRG. I used existing sets as a guide and have verified settings between a known working set and this non-working set. When it "comes up" it displays the correct DN and is able to call within the SRG but not across to the CS1000. The display also says "Local Mode", which is usually fixed by redirecting the set to the CS1000, but not in this case.
Inside the SRG, the IP Terminal status displays the following:
"Invalid ID (2)-ID unknown within the call server
Usually when that comes up its one of a couple things. Either the DN isn't in the NRS against the main office endpoint or the phone is built as the wrong type. Check those two things and let us know.
