Cs1000 with an 1230 IP phone

I have a CS1000 with a mixture of 1220s and 1230s. I have the message button (when pressed it goes directly to their voicemail box) on the 1220s working, but can't seem to get the button to work on the 1230s. Thanks for any help.

Did you try to out and rebuild the phone or flush it (do a change and enter thru every prompt). I am not familiar with a 1230 so I am not sure if key 16 is the correct key.
What does the button do when you press it - nothing?
 
I have not tried to out or flush the phone, and I hope I don't have to. There is about 80 phones.

Key 16 is right for the mwk btw.

This may be voicemail box specific (something like a check box to enable auto login) Log into your voicemail, and pull up one of the mailboxes that does not auto login, scroll through the options and look for auto login
 
Yea it is just a troubleshooting tip to try to clear the phone in case it is having a problem - but if it is really happening on all 80 phones it could be something in the programming config or on voicemail itself as pbxn suggests.

I always try the flush and/or out and rebuild option on at least one of the phones you are having trouble with just to see if it clears the issue (doesn't seem likely on this issue however).
