Hi Everyone,

I need to build a phantom number which is a three digit number,975, on the cs1000 server. This number is in my service directory number table for the auto attendant. The 7 digit POTS number is 313 579-4925. I am using the last 3 digits of the number which is 975 because I have a 3 digit outpulsing number plan. I do understand why I can not build this number because of my outgoing access number which is "9". Is there anything I can do besides changing the POTS number?

Desperate again,

Would it be possible to change the SDN from 3 digits to 4 so that it becomes 4925, then create a Phamton DN of 4925. This would keep your AC1 of "9" spare.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
