Please, please help. Is there any company or indiviual that would be willing to conduct diagnostics via VPN on my CS1000 and Call Pilot both version 5 switch/server? I also need a Tech or somemone to assist me on the day of cut and beyond. The tentatively date is 5/29/13. One of the problems I am having is that Call Pilot will go down after using it for a 8 hr period. Someone please respond. Unortunately, I have limited knowledge but willing to learn.
