Good day:

I have a CS1000 PBX with 4,500 users and it is connected to Call Pilot via MGATE cards. PBX at rls 7.5 and Call Pilot at 5.0. In the past two days we have had about 70 users open tickets because they cannot use the "#" sign when trying to access Call Pilot. I reset the MGATE cards but this had no impact. If anyone has another suggestion I would appreciate it!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!

You could try to re-boot the Callpilot. Login to the server and use the windows shutdown / restart menu.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Any commonality on those 70 or so users (IP users on the same loop or shelf)? Any possibility that they are not sending audio DTMF due to a DTR issue on an MGC card?

We have the same problem several times a week. Usually the *0# keys wont work at all. We have to change the phone out. I was told there is a power module going out in the phones.
