CS1000 User Issue 2

The user that was created at install can no longer login to the PBx Rls 6. I have outed and reinstalled in UCM and still same issue. Getting an ovl428 as well. Has any one had this same issue. Thanks

They just don't remember their password it would seem to me. Change it?

have them login to the UCM web page first (so they are forced to change their pass) and then try the PBX Tty after they changed their password.

Well thanks for your help and all three replies were helpful. GHTROUT, the customer did forget there password. The new user and password were created in UCM but could not change it while logged into the elan of the SS. Changed to Tlan and was than prompted to change password as Triton101 suggested. Once changed now able to log into TTY. Thanks again

Make your life simpler -- only have them them login to the TLAN addy
