CS1000 Transfer Issue

Hello,

We have a site with a CS1000 we are integrating with Cisco Unity Connection via qsig. We noticed when we press transfer and enter the pilot number for the system, the transfer option disappears from the soft keys (1140 phones). Ring Again is the only option.

Any thoughts? Our other locations do not have this issue.

Thanks.
 
verify if the other sites have the same firmware on the phone, patches, software version... etc.
