I am trying to send a 911 call from 1 site to another site using esa. I have a SMG/CS1000E as 1 site and a CS1000M as another site. The calls are sent from the CS1000M via SIP to Session Manager then routed to the CS1000E. This where I get stuck, The system nededs to know this is a ESA call and send it to the appropriate ERL entry. Let me explain a little deeper, site a is a SMG with phones that register to the CS1000E, I also have IP phones located in the same building registered to the CS1000M. I want IP phones registered to the CS1000M 911 calls to use the same ERL as the SMG IP phones. I built a erl on the CS1000M to point the calls to SIP trunks with prepending digits that SM would recognise and send calls to CS1000E. Thats as far as I get...It hits the CS1000E with (ESN5+XXX911)
How do I get the CS1000E to recognise ths as a ESA call and treat it with the appropriate ERL....
