CS1000 TN Question

Looking at the TN's below, what is the H in the second TN? I had previously created the 3 12 TN and was going to remove the 00 28 TN, but noticed the H and wasn't sure of it's meaning. I don't want to remove the 00 28 TN if it's going to create any issue. I think it was the orginal TN created by my predecessor.

If I remember right the H has something to do with the Hunting Arrangement
