We have two TIE trunks that are connecting our CS1000 to an Audiocodes mediant via PRIs. We can originate a call from athe IP side of the mediant to any 4 digit extension within the CS1000. We can call 9+ and make a local call. We cannot however, call a CDN that is acquired by contact center. Why is it possible to call anything other than a CDN?

Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

Is the CDN in the same number range as the extensions?

What happens if you de-aquire the CDN and call it?

Does the CDN actually have an entry in the master script?
