We are trying to get a CS1000 to communicate with an exchange server for Exchange 2007 UM testing. The CS1000 does not have the proper patches installed at this point to do SIP trunking straight to the exchange server so we are going through a Audio Codes gateway box. While setting up the Auto Attendant feature we cannot get the call transfer to work so we took a log of the error to Audio Codes. The tech from Audio Codes asked to make sure the signal server had single step transfer enabled. I am using Element Manager and cannot see where this would be done.

Transfer function is determined by the device doing the transfering - I assume the Audio Code Auto Attendant.

Question is how does the Auto Attendant integrate with the PBX?

If emulating a digital set like a Octel would - the Octel could be set to do a supervised transfer or a blind transfer.

If by T1 maybe QSIG - you would have to allow trunk to trunk transfer.
