Hi there I have an incoming call route which is DPNSS provided by BT they currenty send me a 5 digit site location code then a 5 digit extension number for incoming calls. The issue is that i can need to create a DSC for the site ID which deletes the 5 digits and routes the calls to my operator consoles which are conncted via sip trunks. This sends all incoming calls straight to the Sip route
FEAT cdp
TYPE dsc
DSC 74619
DSC 74619

DSP LSC

This works fine but my issue is that I have extensions on the switch which also require to get calls however with this setup I can not route calls to anything else other than the sip route.
I have tried to set the 5 digit site id as a LSC which works the opposite way i.e I can route calls to extension but the LSC will not route to a DSC. I then tried setting my numbers to route to the operators as phantom extensions but this caused an issue in that when 2 calls came in similtaneously one of the got busy. I checked this by dialling local the phantom and this worked everytime(MY Incoming trunks werent not all used)

I have tried enabling plugin 4 which says lsc to dsc recieves overflow tone but this doesnt work for external calls in on the DPNSS route it does work for internal calls if i dial LSC then a DSC to the SIp route. Printouts of both routes below I have also tried enabling vancant number routing against the net setting this works for internal calls but not the external calls in on the DPnss route any advise would be great.

REQ:

With DPNSS, you can't use IDC. Therefore you have to use LSC in LD 87. However, with LSC's, you can also use a DMI to change the digit translation.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Thanks Firebirdscrambler I did have the sfa enabled it was fine if it was 2 internal calls but not when it was 2 external. I have used the DMI table to delete the site ID, issue was when the site ID is set as a LSC it will not route to a DSC which I have set up as to route the numbers to be answered by my sip consoles
