All,
I have an issue thwat is extremely intermittant a few times per month but nothing that occurs daily.. We have an OPS number that rings on 5 phones as a Secondary line setup as SCR. And one that is a primary phone that forwards to a duty phone after hours.
The issue is when caller from the outside call they recieve an error message. I did submit this to our carrier and when the monitor for 24 -48 hours they do not see any issue on the PRI at all.
I have also had the issue happen when calling from our one site in Washington to the Nevada office.
They were calling from 425-917-7411 Washington to our Nevada personnel at 702 914 5315 It happened yesterday Tuesday November 18th between 1:30pm and 1:45 PST.
Below is quoted text of the issue that occurred.
“I had tried to call John 5 different times yesterday between 1:30-1:45 (PST) and got the number is not in service error each time. I tried again this AM and got right through. I was calling from my office phone (425-917-7411) and haven’t had issues calling anyone else.”
I have not been able to recieve the error message. I want to assume its the cell phone carrier that our personel use when offsite.

Here is the error they were recieving by 2 different Cell carriers.
It was a recording from AT&T and Sprint saying "unable to complete your call at this time". Recordings were different being from different companies but the same message. Tried both numbers multiple times with same results.
