cs1000 ntp server

Im trying to get my cs1000 to sync with our ntp server. I am able to ping the ntp server through the elan and the tlan but can not get it to sync to element manager.

once configured, UN-check it, save it...go back in Check it to work - save it. I know that sounds foolish, but seen a tech do that once based on Nortel instruction.

i can ping the ntp server from a laptop plugged into the tlan but when i try to from ld 117 i cant ping server

oh,Network dude needs to ensure you can talk to the NTP server from tlan, shouldn't be difficult to accomplish

It works the network guy made changes and it works great now
