Good day to all, I have an older CS1000 that I'm having trouble with.
the request is to have the night DN forward to a cell phone.
we don't have any time of day schedules.
during the day when the attendants are manning the consoles they work as they should, client presses 0 call gets routed to console. when console is in night mode the nit1 DN(8080) is a phantom DN that forwards to cell phone(602-XXX-XXXXX) if you dial the DN it works normal.
when you dial 0 the calls go to a never ending ring no answer.
I cant seem to figure out how to solve it.
if I change the NIT DN to any other phone, console on night it routes to that DN without an issue.
any ideas would be appreciated.
I have set it up as an ACD, ran it thru voicemail with the same result, it never goes to the cell phone.
