Hi

Is it possible to answer calls from another extension when a call comes in to the switchboard?

If so how do I set this up?

Steve

You might want to be a bit more detailed, the statement sounds confusing.

LDN calls can be answered on regular phones, you just add LDN0(or 1,2 etc) to the phone in question..... but I'm not sure if you are trying to accomplish this......

OK

If we receive an external call into our main switchboard (M2250) and the receptionist is either busy on another call or not there, is it possible for another user to pick the incoming call up from their extension, currently they have to get to the switchboard to answer the call.

By using the term pick up I assume you mean to ues the feature call pick up. you can not performa a call pick
on a call ringing a console. You can however program "Over Flow DN" Using OVDN overflow DN you can allow the seconf call to be delivered to a pre-programmed DN based on a timer.
