CS1000 how to use telent to download the ip trunk error message??

My client's IP trunk was reboot as:

I would like to use the telnet to download the error message from the IP trunk (MC32 card) to my pc.
What kind of app should I use / login account / password / commands..... etc. ??

I think you could try "ZOC" as it supports Telnet, SSH, rlogin etc.

What the tlan for itg?
The card ip?
Leard ip?
Card mgntip?

Also, any command to check the connection from itg to far end device?

for that info you have got to access the card or via OTM
are you able to get to the card Physically ?
i believe there was a specific cable to connect to the MC32
the configuration was done via OTM
