CS1000 Frozen Issue

We are using release 7.0
Right now we are having weird issue with our phone system :
freeze tty and unable to login (nothing shows up)and even the web page ucm is very slow and never works
Even the ssh to linux server : it's say connection time out.
Only IP Phone are not working well: such as delay when answering the call or dialing a number.. for example, when someone call me, I hook up phone to answer but the line continue to ring and after few seconds, I hear the person on the phone...

We have two server : the second is for redundant. The second one tty is working and ssh too.

On the user side : all ip phones stop working well : delay during while dialing, answering, when hang up... only IP Phones. Digital and analogs seem to be working well

This issue come regularly and only solution for now that is to reboot the system.

Anyway is there a way that I can verify why it is causing this issue : any guide or tip will be appreciate

Sounds like you have network congestion. Do you have QOS set up and voice VLAN?
 
Yes the phone system are in different VLAN and they do not QOS setup on those VLAN and other vlan (data), qos is setup

We do not see any notice of network issue. Even if it was network issue, why the tty connected directly to the mg card does not respond
