I have a CS1000 with 6 columns. On one of my (bad) blowers the left fan will spin up and then stop when the power switch is cycled, turning the red light at the top of the column on. If I move this unit to a different column, I get the same result. (that tells me the problem has to be in the blower) I shipped the unit off for repair and they cannot duplicate the issue. It runs fine in there test system for days. I even disabled and pulled the system monitor cards to see if that had any impact, it did not. Is there something else I can check/test on these blower units?

Move a working/good blower into that column and see what the result is if you haven't already done so

When a good/working unit placed into the columns it does work correctly.

So I would find a replacement blower instead of repairing the one you sent off. Hard to duplicate these issues unless the scenarios are exact.

ca you recommend a repair vendor? i really like mine, but like i said they cannot duplicate the issue.
