Team,
I have a CS1000 with an SRG. Out at the SRG when they call 9911 from the SRG things work ok. If they dial 911 from the SRG it goes to the Main and goes to the wrong PSAP.

It's going to depend on the ERL value in the TN of the SRG phone. Not nearly enough info to say what's wrong here. Some of the questions are:

What type iof set? TDM? VoIP?
What is the ERL?
Is the set location static or dynamic?
What is the ERL programmed as?
Are you using Dyanmic ELINs?
Do you have PS-ALI service with the carrier?
Are the SRG and Main in the same Selective ROuter?
Could you be sending the LDN due to an error?
Did you monitor the CLID on the DCH to see what you actually were sending?
Is the carrier passing the CLID you send or over writing it?

These are questions you will need the answers to.
