Could someone please explain what CNIA/CNID are used for exactly; and also CRPA ? thank you!

CRPA = Corporate Directory Allowed
Only applies for M3903 and M3904 units.

i knew what they stood for, but i am not sure exactly what call information this refers to...incoming clid?
 
It's not always apparent, but you can look the CLS up and notice it is part of Package BGD, which is hotel/motel related. With that, I think it relates to the hospitality system being able to link the name with the room.

CNIA is used in hotel environment. It sends messages about calls originated from or terminated to sets with CNIA to a Property Management System or a background terminal.
I'm not really sure what it's used for. Possibly to keep track of which rooms call for Room Service or something.
It does not affect displays or CLID.
You can get some examples if you look in the NTP for Hospitality features.
