CS1000 Audio goes away

I would appreciate your valuable help, I have a problem in the cs1000, the problem is intermittent, the audio goes away during the call.

I have the following messages:
Unacceptable QoS packet loss: (2.2)% in zone (8)
mfc008 12
SRPT181 XSM: Alarm signal detected- check the power / fan module XSM
SRPT183 XSM:Alarm signal cleared
