Cabling:: cable 1 PSTN - > SBA port 1, cable 2 from SBA port 2 to CS1000. Audicodes act as a passthrough. If Audicodes is Powered Off we can place/receive PSTN calls. However, if SBA is ON, we can't place or receive calls. Get a fast busy. On Nortel side we see D channel and Loop UP are normal. Audocdes also look normal - GREEN. Could be an issue with protocol/linecode/framing issue even though all look normal. For Incoming calls, we don't get any digits coming from CO. But for outbound calls we see this error "CAUSE : Mandatory info IE missing".
Any siggestion is greatly appreciated.
