Hi There,

Why is it that when I print out an SLT on my CS1000E and perform the same on an SMG, the license counts are not the same?

Should they not be the same considering they have the same database?

Please let me know.

You only license sets and what not on the main system when you have SMG systems. The dongle ID of the SMG is tied to the main system when you look in KRS. I'm fairly certain that the SMG has a 90 day survivability timer similar to a branch office that will keep you from trying to run all 32760 licensed IP sets indefinitely. The dongle ID of the SMG is fully unlocked allowing all possible phones in the network to register in the event of failure of the main system or some other network issue.

In short, what you're seeing is normal.
