CS1000 and engage telstrat

Hello all

I have a problem of interconnection between CS1000 7.6 and recorders calls ENGAGE TELSTRAT. Especially the part 1230 IP phones. I want a solution and configuration in the CS1000 if possible and thank you in advance.

1230 phones do not support duplicate media stream, which is the recording method if you are doing IP station recording, which I would bet you are. The Telstrat document on CS1000 integration, updated 3/2013 does not show compatibility with 1230 phones.

Try a 1140 or even a 2004 and I think you will find they work.
