cs1000 and Call Pilot-msg waiting light not working on all phones(1120)

Hi,

HELP!! Our Techs had to do a hard reboot Tuesday, Dec. 16, on our Call Pilot Voice Mail 2.0 system because it was not responding. We have a CS1000 Nortel 5.0 PBX system. After the hard reboot the message waiting lamps are not lite on all phones(1120E). Also, as an administrator, I can not log into the Call Pilot voice mail. I am getting this message, "An error occurred communicating with the server. Login failed(1)". Help, help. What can I do to correct this issue?

If you cant log into the CP then you need to get a vendor out there and find out why. My guess is your trouble runs deeper than just the MW lights not working and login issues.
