I have identified a Loop Start Analog Trunk on a CS1000e that once seized, does not transmit touchtones for about 750 msec. For my simulator, I have programmed a route to match the page route, and use my phone to access the Route with a test set connected to the trunk. The Test set is sitting right beside my desk phone. The Trunk works correctly, with the exception of the Delay in the Touchtones.

So, as a Test, I access the Trunk using the acod code, and start pressing the digit 1 upon seizure. I start hearing tones cut-thru on the 3rd press of the digit 1
What I am looking for is a TIMR, or a Different setting to try to shorten the delay as much as possible

Where's Gene when you need him :(

First of all remove the TARG from the route, change NEDC and FEDC to eth and lets see the trunk programming

Keep in mind the leading digit 1 looks like a toll call to the system, so make the set UNR

Thanks KCFLHRC

Here's the Update, After much research in the LD 16 Manual, The TIMR Set as programmed provides the fastest Cut-thru to the trunk.

So, the settings posted work very well for access to a Mult-zone page adaptor
