CS1000 analog line not working on security alarm monitoring system

We have problems with our analog lines (CS1000E) when used as alarm system monitoring.It sends erroneous data to the central monitoring office. But if they use the local telco lines its working fine. Is there any compatability issue here? are there any settings in cs1000 to make this work?

If your analog lines are in a media gateway other than where your trunks reside then you are limited on the transmission rate between media gateways. If at all possible move your analog line you are having trouble with to the media gateway where your trunks reside. You might also check the codecs for faxing in the media gateway configuration. You could also try putting FAXA in class of service and see if that helps.
