Hi guys,
we have at our company an Nortel and Microsoft environment.
CS1000 & OCS.
We have a lots of users who have one DN but with 2 endpoints (MOC and mobile).
Now it happens sometimes that the call forwarding icon at the MOC client disappearance.
The workaround for this is to kill the SIPCTI sessions at the CS1K with the command "SIPCTIStop dn xxxx".
Now I want to ask you if there is no other way?
Maybe someone of you has the same problem and knows how to fix this issue?
Kind Regards,
neovoice
