cs1000 alarm output

The cs1000 i work with kicked out a alarm ( RLC 000 00 00 00 ) i have never seen this before does anyone know what it is.
the switch is running fine so kind of waiting for the next shoe to drop.

RLC refers to Reach Line Card but the 000 00 00 00 not sure
