CS1000 5.0 VGMC 32S Faceplate error W039

We have a CS1000 5.0 VGMC 32S that gets a Faceplate error of W039. At this point the channels lock up and we have to reseat the card to clear problem. Over time the problem returns and we perform the same solution.

I've asked my Nortel contact about this - I was unable to find the code on my MC32S matrix. If he responds back I will post for ya :)

i have had this on a site before...i had to delete the files on the copact flash card and reinstall and then repatch the card....had no issues after...
