We have faced some difficulties in setting up the Dialogic Brooktrout SR140 FAX (T.38) system (from Open Text, inc.) to the CS1000.
This system is a fax relay server that passes on the fax signalling and data to e.g. Exchange.
It has to be registered as an endpoint (GW, gateway) to the CS1000 (GK, gatekeeper), but here we had a challence.
We are using h.323 trunks and we need to change the trunks from G711 to T.38 on the H.323 trunks for the fax to work.
