I have a client that is failing to backup due to the CommServe indicating that client services are not online. I.e., the scheduled job is showing as "pending."
However, all of the services on the client are running, and I am able to telnet between the client, the media agent and the commserve on port 8400 and 8402, as well as 8405 (didn't test higher ports).
All name resolution works correctly -- I am able to use nslookup on all three clients to successfully resolve all three systems.
I am stumped!!
