Is there a limit to the number of ip phones that can have the same number? after 3 phones with the same DN (1 phone on key 0 the others are not)when another is added that has the DN on as a non primary they start to ring out of sequence. it gets very noticeable after the 5th phone is added.

yes it happens with all calls.
and it seems to be random on the number of phones that will ring together. 1 time 4 may be in sync. the next time you call 3 in sync and so on.

This will be delays in signalling over the network. Each set will take a different amount of time to receive the "ring" command from the SigServer and respond accordingly. There really isn't any way to work around this. If the phones were in different areas, you wouldn't notice it.
