Ok gents, my company is purchasing the cs-1000 for a future move to voip, I need all of the info I can get on this thing, such as it's function, what hardware and software i will need at each site for install, etc. The vast majority of our locations have option 11s. Thanks for any and all info.

IP licenses/phones come to mind. The licenses alone can be a bit pricey, but you should also have the option to do a loaner keycode at half the cost. A loaner code meaning you take existing digital line lic. and have them allocated to IP ISM's.
