Problem and Solution
If you have problems with the browser on a CS1000 linux-based server, you can restart the Jboss application from CLI

To restart it:
..]$ appstart Jboss-Quantum restart

Problem
CS1000e Release 6.0 - Jboss continuously restarting and unable to reach login page for UCM
Solution
Jboss-Quantum service restarting continuously - use 'top' from linux cli to check CPU usage
on further investigation we found boot strap file size was 0 bytes.
Check bootstrap in /var/opt/nortel/Jboss-Quantum/conf/quantum-config/
OVL428 on attempts to log in to the Call Server with any account
Problem Clarification
boot strap corruption which leads to jboss restart constinously.
Cause
because of corruption.
Solution
solutions:
1. Restore bootstrap from working Backup or Primary of same security domain. (if using the file from the Backup UCM, edit the fqdn in the file before copying it onto the Primary UCM)
2. Reinstall broken Primary or Backup.
Bootstrap file replacement Steps:
1. Upload new bootstrap file to the primary server via SFTP to /home/nortel directory
2. Login to CLI on Primary Server using nortel account.
3. Copy current bootstrap file to /home/nortel:
cp /var/opt/nortel/Jboss-Quantum/conf/quantum-config/bootstrap /home/hortel/bootstrap.bak
4. Copy new version of bootstrap file to the correct path on the system:
cp /home/nortel/bootstrap /var/opt/nortel/Jboss-Quantum/conf/quantum-config/bootstrap
5. If Jboss now is in persistent reboot state, wait while Jboss restarts once again.
There is a linux patch MPLR31639 which is in VO status for this issue ,but this is preventive one only.
