CS 1000 Programming for 911 calls

Here's the situation. My client wants to have all 911 calls that leave the building, show up immediately on the screen of the maintenance terminal. I have seen this done sometime ago and do not remember how to program the PBX to display 911 calls to do this. Any

This is assuming you have ESA set up in LD 24, and that you're a release 3.0 or higher PBX (unless you're one of the few that purchased the ESA packages before they became standard).
