cs 1000 - enable call name display from outside calls?

I am hoping someone could help with getting outside callers names to display on our sets. Currently all sets (2616D) display the internal callers name and extension but I only get a number displayed from outside calls. Is there a way to change this to Name?

are you using Copper lines or PRI?

TRY CLS= TDD and see if that works, thats what I have on my phone and it works.

Do you have any 2616's that display the Name and number?

On your D-Channel did you program THE RCAP ND1 or ND2, and did you program on your ROUT the prompt NCNA YES

There are no 2616's that display names on incoming calls from outside (only calling numbers).

Not sure about the D-Channel ROUT.
