CS 1000 E CP PM CO-RES Security Domain Configuration

I have installed a CS 1000E CP PM CO-RES. I have configured the CS elan as 10.1.1.3 / GW10.1.1.1 and tlan as 10.1.2.3. GW10.1.2.1...When I enter LD 117 and issue the reg ucm system the mgc fail to register to the security domain. I am thinking I me need to build a route to allow the mgc's to join. I am unsure as to how to build this route and have been unable to find a accurate procedure.

Any help would be much appreciated.

After command register ucmsecurity system the tlan ip is displayd follow by :

At this point enter the ELAN ip Adress 10.1.1.3
