CS 10 not able to Delete sub workflow

HI,
I am using livelink CS-10.
I have one workflow and inside it a sub workflow.
I have trigger the workflow both are working fine.
Now i ma trying to delete that Workflow from Personal--> Workflow
its showing error "Could not perform requested action: Delete"

Please do the needfull.

are you in that workflow map's master manager list and do you have permissions to delete.running Workflows can be deleted/archived only if they have been stopped.Logical progression of steps.looks like you may not know that
Or are you trying to delete the map definition like a document delete.

i m logging as a Admin user, Archiving the same is possible.Error occurs while deleting the workflow.

Is this a esign workflow or do you have the module installed.esign workflows cannot be removed.if it is not and you are getting errors then generate logs for the condition and approach ot support for help.
